1. How do I create an account?
Simply scroll down to the bottom of the website and click on the register link in the “Administration” section.

2. How do I post comments on this blog?
You must first register an account. Once you have created an account, you must sign into your account in order to post any comments on the site.

3. How do I post articles on this blog?
At this time, TampaRealEstateNews.com does not allow subscribers to post material of their own. If you wish to be considered as a contributor for our site,  please contact us using the “Contact Us” page and enter “Want to become contributor” in the subject line. Once approved, your account will be upgraded by the administrator, allowing you to post real estate news articles relevant to the Tampa Bay area.

4. How can I show my  profile picture (avatar) in the comments?
In order to show your profile picture (avatar), you must first register an account with either WordPress.com or Gravatar.com. These two sites are free services and allows integration with our website’s framework, WordPress. Make sure to use the same e-mail address on both your TampaRealEstateNews.com account and your WordPress.com account (or Gravatar.com account). By using the same e-mail address, you are enabling our site to “grab” the photo from WordPress.com or Gravatar.com.

5. How are the posts arranged?
The posts are arranged by order of submission. In this case they are arranged by date. After a post has been on the site for one year, the post will be archived in the “Archives” section.

6. Does this site cost money?
No, this site does not cost money and it will never be our intention to charge readers for access to our posts.

7. How can I contribute to this site?
If you encounter any relevant stories, both local and/or regional, please feel free to e-mail them to us by using the “Contact Us” page. We are also, at times, looking for contributors that are in key areas of the real estate market where they may be the first to know something developing in the real estate industry.

8. How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by navigating to the login page and clicking on “Forgot Password”. Simply follow the steps to recover your password. Please note, you will need access to your e-mail address that you have on file with your account.

9. How can I become a sponsor?
Great! We are always looking for sponsors who want to show off their company or brand for an affordable price. If you would like to advertise on our site, please use the “Contact Us” page and specify what type of advertising you are looking for and what you will be advertising. We will review the  request and contact you with further details, terms and prices.

10. How can I contact the webmaster?
You may contact the webmaster by using the “Contact Us” page. All submissions from this page will directly contact the webmaster.
